Stress Management
Stress is a universal challenge, but men often face unique pressures that can make managing it especially tough. In this session, led by James Elliott (MSc), we’ll dive into practical techniques for recognising, managing, and ultimately reducing stress.

Why Don’t Men Talk About Domestic Violence and Abuse?
Domestic violence and abuse affect countless men, but the silence surrounding their experiences often leaves them without the support they need. Why don’t men report abuse or speak out? What barriers prevent them from seeking help?

MANUP? Mountain – Conquer the Peaks Within
Join MANUP? Mountain, our tough annual retreat designed for men who face life's battles head-on. Set in rugged mountain locations across the UK, this event is about pushing limits, forging bonds, and embracing the raw power of nature.
Castles of Conquest: 90-Mile Bike Ride Through North Wales
We are thrilled to support the Castles of Conquest—a 90-mile cycling challenge taking place on 27th July 2025. This exciting ride will see participants travel through North Wales, combining physical endurance with a deeper mission: breaking the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.
Conversations in Liverpool Street (MANUP?)
Join Dan Somers from MANUP? and Jez from MCM Creative, who take them to Liverpool Street to ask men about their mental health.
This event isn’t just about capturing content for social media. It’s about staying connected to the real voices and experiences of men. By asking strangers on the street, we get raw, unfiltered answers that remind us why we’re here—to listen and to learn.

Male suicide is a public health emergency. In the UK, suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50, and in 2022, three-quarters of all suicide deaths were male. Despite these alarming statistics, research on why men are at such high risk and how to help them has been scarce.
