MANUP? is honoured to be part of this year's Wix 5 race, organised by Harwich Runners. The event will include a minute’s silence to mark Remembrance Sunday, with the race starting shortly after. Our team will be present to support participants and raise awareness about men's mental health, including addressing the impact of suicide, as experienced with the tragic loss of Gary.

What to Expect from MANUP? at the Event:

• We will be available to speak with runners before and after the race.

• Those who are comfortable can share their stories with us for our social media content.

• Leaflets about our charity and the support we offer will be distributed.

We welcome anyone wishing to learn more about our cause and any female runners who need support; we can connect you with additional organisations that provide assistance.
