We’re excited to share that MANUP? has been invited to take part in Autism-Unlimited's Movember series, specifically for their 6th Form programme, Reach. This event will focus on supporting autistic teens (ages 15-18) by tackling important themes around men’s mental health.

Together, we’ll be delivering a presentation that covers key issues like:

• Societal Pressures: The unique challenges men face and how these can affect mental health.

• Coping with Feelings: Exploring different ways to manage emotions in ways that resonate with each individual.

• Autistic Experiences: Addressing the difference between simply ‘suffering’ through challenges versus truly ‘living’ with autism.

• Asking for Help: Encouraging openness and showing how seeking support can be a strength, not a weakness.
