MANUP? We have teamed up with The Cult Bar in Ipswich. As a charity with a mission that goes beyond social media, we refuse to sit around, its not how we're made!

It's our first 'social event' without a real theme, a chance for us to meet you and for you to meet us! We would love to meet some of you who have ideas about how stigma can be broken when it comes to mental health awareness.

You are welcome to bring the mates, misses or mum (not sure about the dog). It's not a 'men's night' as such, it's for people like you who want to meet like minded people who are either open about mental health or happy to be around people who aren't. It's a social event.

It's free, the bar will be closed, except for us; it's just a place where you can be yourself.

Come meet new people, bring your ideas, or just join to look around.

Cult donates the bar to us on the last Wednesday evening of every month. We're looking to do something together with services, charities, or even groups so we can give you some time on the odd month. Come with your ideas, let's work together
